I've always enjoyed writing fiction and have decided to share some of my work here. There are free samples available for each story, then you can choose to buy the full versions. The full versions are PDF files. All illustrations have also been created by myself. Happy reading!

The Birds of Downash Farm is about a collection of garden birds who must relocate their home due to local housing developments. The story follows two house sparrows: Speckles, a young fledgling, whose quest to find his missing siblings gets him lost in the dangerous forest; and Mr Sparrow, Speckles’s father, who oversees the evacuation of the farm birds into the forest, where they must survive the threat of magpies, the farmer’s terrifying peregrine falcon, and a great storm. At a college freshers’ party, Finn Pickett accidentally takes Dream Tonic: a sedative designed to create highly-realistic dreams set in one’s perfect world, invented by the father of Finn’s childhood friend, now famous actress, Alexa Turner. Finn wakes up in a luxury London apartment, with Alexa, and even sees his father alive – until he wakes up again and returns to reality.

Finn becomes obsessed with the Tonic, even convinces his friends to take it – but not everything is as it seems, and the more Tonic Finn takes, the more he begins to wonder whether these are really just dreams … (2016)

Set in London, 1999, this coming-of-age story follows eighteen-year-old Daisy Docker, who is afflicted by a unique condition. Every night, Daisy dreams of a different stranger. In the dream, the stranger tells Daisy the greatest problem in his or her life. The next day, without fail, Daisy sees the stranger in real life. (2021)
